When I'm really mad I start shaking a lot, talking really fast, snapping at people, and shutting down anyone who disagrees with anything I say. However, I do all of this in a respectable way (minus the snapping) and I don't say anything that will hurt anyone. So why all this is going on is absolutely ridiculous

How does your behaviour have anything to do with it? I don't get it either.
