I love finding new ways to eat kale, I've put it in squash soup, I'll have to try it in potato soup, potatoes were 99 cents for a 5 pound bag at the grocery store, potato soup sounds like the perfect remedy for a garage full of potaoes (well, it was limit 2, but still, I have 10 pounds of potaoes to use up, and I even have a keilbasa sausage in the fridge)
