I think I'm coming to some pretty important realizations about what makes me happy and what I want to do with my life.
I think I want to be a lighting designer.

I love science, I love the thrill of research and learning about the world around me, but nothing can replace the absolute and utter bliss that art gives me.

This makes me really happy. Good work!!! The best part of my week was setting up some spot lights for our car unveiling; it felt good to do some theatre related work again, as well as boss people around.

The great thing about doing tech is that it's like the science of the art world. Also, there is pretty good work for lighting and sound people. I met someone making a lot of money right out of school lighting shows on cruise ships, if you're interested in that sort of thing.
