So at the first of the year, my goal was to walk at least 1 mile everyday. The way I figured it is, if I did at least 1 mile a day for the whole year, that was 365 miles MORE than what I WOULD have done if i didn't do it. I am happy to say that after the fast, I went up to 2 miles a day and about twice a week I walk 4 a day. YEAH ME!!!!! I have
