I live in the eastern US and have been seeing these guys occasionally for years. Always inside, and always on walls. I assume they get some sort of nourishment from the walls (dust or skin cells, maybe?), as they never seem to leave the wall but grow noticeably bigger by the day. Anyone know the type of beetle this little guy might be? Found him on my bed near Phoenix, AZ. I was thinking some kind of carpet beetle?
