Ever since that whole Allie Incident, I could only sleep like maybe 2-4 hours at a time, and my parents still don't know about her..The whole not sleeping thing made me more depressed than i've ever been in my life, which makes me very grumpy

I'm really sorry that you have to deal with all this =\ I think you're right though, maybe you should see someone about it. They'll be able to teach you how to cope with all the emotions, and they'll likely have a better understanding of what you're going through than other people.
