Damaging my calm

I took ten minutes towards the end of my workday to duck outside for a walk before the sun went down. I do this whenever I can for several reasons: I enjoy the exercise; it helps me stay awake at my desk; I tend to get S.A.D. in the winter so on sunny days I soak up as much daylight as I can.
