I believe, as my attorney has assured me, that I am getting divorced tomorrow. The bug has pulled so many way uncool stunts over the past 13 months that I am seriously trying not to get TOO excited. don't get too excited. he is still the dad to your kids, so you'll be dealing with him for many more years. first dates, first drinks of booze, first prom, weddings, grandkids. better find a way to get along. that would be the best mothers day present. be pissed if you want. but it's the truth. print this and read it 10 years from now. believe me. turn the page, but the book ain't done.

...do whatever the hell you want to! Celebrate! Live it up! Revel in this freedom that you've earned! The last year has been hell at times (not to mention the ten years that preceeded it)you definitely deserve to do a dance of joy and make the most of the first day of the rest of your life!
