But then he manages to gather his brains together. "It also involves lots of mouth-to-mouth."

"Um," he says. He squeezes his eyes shut in attempt to clear his head. It doesn't work, not while his senses are being invaded by Cuddy. "Let me... Let me think about that for moment."
Thinking, his ass. All that's racing through his head is the very appealing thought of his penis getting some action, his face between her breasts, touching her in all the ways he's wanted to touch her for a long, long time.
"You're doing this on purpose," he finally complains, his voice scratchy and thick with arousal.

She has a chance to find out if the leers and innuendo are what he gives any woman or if it masks a deeper, truer desire. Of course, she's going to push him. She wants to know if his fantasies involve any passing brunette, of which she is just one of many. Or he does he fantasize about her specifically.
She flattens her hand, palm against his chest and leans forward again, closing her eyes as their lips barely meet. "Do you want me, House?"

She flicks her tongue out, giving just the tiniest lick to his upper lip. "Then tell me how you want me," she murmurs, delivering another light lick, this time to the corner of his mouth. "Tell me exactly what you want to see or hear or touch."

Her eyes widened and she pulls back slightly so she can look at him. "Is that what you really want?" she asks, and there's no trace of the seductress in her voice now. Maybe they'd made the right choice back then. Maybe it was best they'd walked away from each other because it could've ended up so much worse if they hadn't.
She wonders, though, what it would be like if they could go back to the state of freedom and excitement and recklessness they'd had in college with the appreciation for those things they had now. What if they could go back to that night when she was more adventurous and he was less cynical?
"And if we had another night, would you vanish without a trace again?"
