An interesting evening...

Yesterday I had to drive up to Detroit with a co-worker (Jacy) to meet a surgeon (Dr.) and another of our co-workers (Scott, who flew up last night) for dinner. A New York Strip prepared medium. It was GREAT and nice and juicy and tender and mmmmmm. I also had a house salad and mashed potatoes and asparagus and finished it all off with a key lime pie with a graham cracker crust.
