It seems there are few left who have been unaffected by as I stand as an immortal, this flood has not touched me in the slightest. I am not entirely surprised as I am much stronger than you mortal masses and even my warden. The Admiral knows well to not touch me.

I think who does and doesn't get affected by floods has more to do with, uh, luck than anything else.

Just so you know? Normal mortal, unaffected. It's just where you happen to be when the waters hit. There's nothing particularly special or superior in who gets hit by them. Sheer, dumb luck.
