Hey everyone... (like your actually reading this, right?) Been pretty busy lately. I got out of Outbound at ADT, and moved up to Inbound (a lot better... and a dollar raise)... which i graduated that training today... yipee!!! And i start Customer Support (Technical Assistance) training sometime in September i think... moving on up... Either way

Congratulations on moving out of outbound. i never could do outbound myself was always the inbound kinda girl. just remember roflmao the customer is always right and if they arent ship them to someone higher up the rung and accidently hang up in the process roflmao
