i remember being introduced to The Roots in '93. Seen them a few times... the last of which was probably one of the best shows i have EVER seen. ?uestlove, the drummer from the roots, put on this crazy 5 minute solo where it was just simply astounding.

Sketchie ass dog
I've gone through FIVE sets of earbuds because of this dog. this morning while i was in the bathroom, i hear my brother calling for the dog. i hear his voice circiling around the house, until he gets to my bedroom. "sketchie, BAD GIRL!," my brother scolded. immediately, i had the gut feeling she busted ANOTHER set of headphones.

I still watch saturday morning cartoons. it's almost a sad obsession. i think it's the people behind these animated cells that i find interesting. i am fascinated by mel blanc, the man who basically created a majority of the voices for practically all the warner brothers 'toons (bugs to elmer fudd to even taz). i even have a favorite director ( Read more... )
