That's a good idea. I was also thinking... we could maybe divide Security into different specialised units. Some of us are better at day-to-day policing, breaking up fights, subduing inmates, while others of us are more suited towards criminal investigations, that sort of thing. In a crisis, of course, we'd all do what we can, but in the event of, say, a murder, I think it'd be best if we had assigned individuals to step up to the investigation. Too many people getting involved could do more harm than good.

And yeah, I'm inclined to agree with him. Where I come from, you can't go around kicking doors in; you need a warrant. We may not have a way of getting a warrant here, but that doesn't mean we can't set up our own system. In the event of a search and possible seizure, I think the following steps should be taken:

1. The, er... officer should leave a message, in writing to the security team-- or at least the head of security-- stating his or her intent to search and the reasons or evidence to back it up. Y'know, something to

Thank you. There are probably going to be a few changes to the way security works in the next few days, and I'll be sure to keep you informed. If you want to start working on putting a team together - however many people you think you'll need - that'd be great.

If you think my particular skills are needed to guard Level 0, then of course I'll do it. Although, you should know that if there's ever a time I am outnumbered and overpowered, I won't hesitate to use my ability.

What I really need is someone who can fight and who can keep a level head in a bad situation, both of which I know you can do. I'd hope that you'd continue to work Integra's shifts until she got back and then transfer to this.

Sam's talking about redesigning the way security works, so if that happens, the plan could change a bit. I'd still want you in charge of Level 0. I'll keep you updated as things come up.

And I'd completely understand if you used your ability.

Well, if you want to coordinate with Angelica, you could start right away. I don't think anyone's down there right now, so it's not urgent, but the sooner we have a system in place the better.
