Unfortunately my management skills are technically nil, though I know I could manage a team as a supervisor, I've never technically been one. I know that's a turnoff to some people who are hiring. I would never want to become a supervisor at my company, it changes people, I've seen it happen too many times. And I dont want to be in customer service the rest of my life because people are greedy, needy bastards. lol
