I haven't seen any Bones/Buffy fics *quite* like that, but I have seen several where a post-Shanshu Angel is now Seeley Booth, or the Fang/Scooby Gang(s) investigate(s) something in D.C. and encounter(s) the Squint Squad. I don't have links to any offhand, but search for "shanshuverse" and you should get at least one...
