My Mosaic Project

Apr 25, 2005 02:04

For those of you that did not know, i had to do a final project for my Sociology of the Blues (SOC 292) class. I chose to do a torn paper mosaic, because i wanted to do something that i had never done before. It started with a meager drawing, and took two days to finish, but it is finally done a framed for all to enjoy.

the one with the guitar has lyrics to the song "the gray goose" above his head to symbolize floating verse, and his text bubble is made up of verses from it to. the other guy is saying, "look, the gray goose, the gray goose" and the gray goose is saying "quack quack"

I once made a torn paper mosaic of mulder and scully from the x-files for an art class in high school - it was pretty darn cool

well done

at this point, i think eric is still under the impression that he has a single in clewell, but, that is not how it is going to be. He may be living in a single, but he is going to have a roommate. Sorry Eric, you are going to HAVE to buy that art table, because that is where you will be sleeping.

Very splenderific. We had to cut out squares of color in my one class in high school and put them together to make a design but didn't look nearly as cool.
