We have an offer on the house. A nice, solid offer. I had been pretty confident that we would by the end of April because of the Homebuyer Tax Credit. The offer came through on Monday, we countered yesterday

Take a drive down Colquitt, form Northridge to my apartment complex; I seem to recall some fairly nice looking houses for rent on that stretch.

There are a couple of side roads off Colquitt that I've never been down that lead to residential neighborhoods. Maybe something there too. Calaveras drive is the one I remember, because I always think of that Twain story when I drive by it. :)
