Got a little update...

Nothing big, but in case you were wondering. oneandonlymatt emailed and said that the remediation people came in to assess the situation. They are going to be leaving the fans and dehumidifiers up until Thursday and then will work on putting things back together including drywall, paint and carpet. We will know more after Thursday. So, I guess we're staying

I'm sorry to heart that you're in such a sucktastic situation, but also glad to hear that the response time has been very good on the part of the management (trust me, sometimes in apartments, it is sadly not). Hope this all clears up soon.

P.S. For some reason, I totally love the image of Matt going down all those stairs with Piggy. I bet she loved that!

It is a funny mental image, isn't it? I guess at first she was just scared and huddling close to him but then she started getting fussy and that is when he went back up the 16 flights.

I suppose if we can't manage to stay in the office together we have no business building a 120 square foot house, right?
