I'm sorry. Family is supposed to mean support/tightness/compassion/etc. It's hard when it feels like you live with a bunch of strangers. I hope it gets better.
If it helps I can't remember the last real conversation I had with my mom, dad, or sister, either. It must be a part of growing up- going through a period of time when you don't even know your own family, and they don't even know you.
