Yay - so glad to see more of this. Of course, you do realize you are evil for leaving off here, right?

I'm surprised, yet not, by Wesley. He is one of those characters that you can do almost anything with and, under the right circumstances, make it believable, and this was most definitely the right circumstances. And this line: "In another time and place, he might have loved Fred. It was something that would never happen" - heartbreaking!

Hope that your muse is back and we can get more soon!

You know situation those two find themselves in your story remind me of the thing Spike said in another fic of another author: There I marely scratch an ich you went all the way and got engaged. She did what he asked of her. He push her away and then he got engaged and somehow blame it all on her... Poor girl. I hope guilt of how he hurting Fred wont drive him to wrong decisions...

well leave a girl speechless.... I read this at work and Im there going noooooooo..... Wesley and Fred and Buffy and Cassie and and and...... you sure know how to come back with a bang..... I have sooo missed your writing and I feel guilty for not reading your American idol one but I really dont know the characters at all... Will you forgive me???
