As a reminder, I play: Nakatsu Shuichi (Hana Kimi), Michael (Angel Sanctuary), Sawada Tsunayoshi (Katekyo Hitman Reborn), George Koizumi (Paradise Kiss), Ohno Kanako (Genshiken), Osaki Nana (Nana), Kotobuki Ebi (Hana Kimi), Sohma Momiji (Fruits Basket) and Meguro Gau (Nabari no Ou).
1. Concrit/OOC issues:
Concrit and comments may be left at any one of my character's journals. Each journal has its own concrit post available, but feel free to leave it any journal as long as you specify which character. I do apprecitate crit as long as it is phrased politely and has a point (as in, "I think you are doing this right" or "I think you are doing this wrong" or "I am curious about why you play them like that" etc.)
2. Contact methods:
If I am online, I will more often than not be on gchat (justanotherjukeboxhero) or on IRC (Mika). Feel free to IM or PM at any time. Emails or comments to one of my characters' journals are also acceptable. I am quick to reply and will get back to you ASAP.
3. Time and scheduling issues:
I am in the PST. During the day time I am usually in and out doing things around town, but am available in the evenings. Can be around if given a specific time to be online, just contact me according to the above outlined contact methods.
4. Cliques, jumping, thread-dropping, etc.:
There are some characters I thread with more than others. This isn’t because I don’t want to play with everyone. This is simply because those characters already have established relationships with mine and that makes threading extremely easy. I am lazy, that is why I wind up playing with the same people. I LOVE YOU ALL AND WANT TO PLAY WITH YOU ALL THOUGH!
I love being jumped. I am generally too lazy or shy to do the jumping myself, but if you want to jump me GO FOR IT. Even if three or four people have already jumped that thread? Go ahead! I love love love being jumped, it makes me feel loved and makes it easy for me to play with more people.
Sometimes I drop threads. This is either because A) it was a good place to end the thread or B) I didn’t get the notification. Usually it is option B. There are a lot of notifications that don’t find their way to an inbox. So if I haven’t replied to you and you want to continue, please please please let me know and I will pick it up ASAP.
5. Comfort levels:
YOU: If I am doing something that makes you uncomfortable, please let me know. I want both parties to be happy and comfortable. If a thread is going in a direction (fight or otherwise) that you don’t like, get in touch with me so we can talk it out. This applies OOC-ly as well.
ME: If a situation makes me uncomfortable IC-ly or OOC-ly I will let you know politely. It takes a lot to make me uncomfortable, and generally it’s the big things that you talk about before hand (character death etc). So no worries.
6. Apps and betaing:
I have nine characters currently and that is about all I can handle. If I drop one then we can talk about apping.
If you want to app from one of my canons, I will love you forever. I will happily essay at you, supply you with links, hold your hand through the voting round, etc. If you are interested in apping from one of my canons, but don’t know who/want a suggestion, I will happily recommend.
As far as beta-ing goes, I will beta for canons I know. Sometimes I will beta a canon I don’t know if you realllllly want me to, or want my opinion specifically. I am not the best beta around, I’ll be honest. However, you’d be better off asking me to assemble the best team of betas available for you, rather than doing the beta myself. I’M BETTER THAN NOTHING, BUT NOT REALLY THE BEST.
7. Essays:
There are lots of essay ideas in my head, things I’m sure that would help or interest people, but as I mentioned earlier, I AM LAZY. I generally just don’t do essays or memes because I am lazy. However, I WILL essay if someone tells me to. So, if you want me to essay about something, go ahead and tell me so. More likely than not, I will oblige you. If I do not, just force me, I’m a pushover.
8. Posting and memes:
I don’t post very often because I am lazy. I do enjoy posting, but I generally just don’t have the energy for it. I am more likely to do a post if it is a co-post. I love co-posting because it relieves some of the stress from me. If you are interested in co-posting with me, please let me know. My schedule is generally very open during the evenings. Sometimes a posting idea may not work for my characters, but I’m sure some sort of adjustment or what not could be made if you are still interested. More often than not though, as long as I have the energy, I will happily co post. Even if it is spur of the moment, give it a shot.
As far as memes go, it’s the same story as posting: I enjoy them, but am generally lazy/intimidated. However, like most things, if you really want me to do a meme, I can be topped into it. Generally I am guessing people are interested in relationship memes. I don’t do relationship memes very often, HOWEVER, if you want me to talk about our characters, just contact me. I will happily ramble about our characters in an email or IM/PM (however you prefer). It’s much easier and likely for me to do so on a request basis, rather than a whole post.
9. AU-ing:
I am not the best/hottest/whatever at the AU smexings. However, I do have a few under my belt. Generally I will only do them if our characters have actual UST or attraction or whatever… or if the AU is just fucking hilarious and wrooooong. If you want to, it doesn’t hurt to ask. This doesn’t mean I will say yes just because you ask, but if you come to me with a good idea and I think it would make sense for our characters (or make me lol and then cry myself to sleep) there is a fair chance I will say yes.
Non-sex AU-ings, I am almost always up for. Once again, as long as you come to me with an idea and characters that make sense. Post camp, whatever, sure why not.
10. Final comments:
I love camp and everyone in it. However, we all need to remember that communication is the key to a successful relationship. If there is anything, and I mean anything, that you wish to discuss with me, please contact me. I am very nice and easy to talk to, I promise.♥
