I don't think I've ever been this scared...

For those of you who read my journal entry about my swollen face, it's gotten worse. The swelling is now up to my lower eyelid, and I am scared to death. I realize that it's infected where my tooth decided to shove itself into my upper jaw, but I'm scared that the infection is going to get up to my brain. I mean it is close enough already. Amy, if it keeps puffing and puffing like this without any sign of going down-- we HAVE to take you somewhere. I don't care if it's the emergency room-- if you have a dangerous infection, someone has to be obligated to help you! Demand your parents get insurance for you, or something! Maybe if we can convince student health you have a SERIOUS problem, they can refer you to county health. If county health can't do anything (though hopefully they should), they can refer you to the hospital. Because it looks like we're going to have to actively do something to get this shit taken care of. A fucked up tooth is NO way to die-- you're quite right.

I ended up going to the emergency room earlier, and it turns out the tooth somehow caused a skin infection... How screwed up is that... Anyways, I got a prescription that needs to be filled, once I have the money. It's not that bad so I should be ok.

If you need to have help with getting your medicine I can help out with that. You know I don't care Amy.

*whew* That's good. :) Well, not good, but... yeah. At least a skin infection isn't going to weasel its way into vital organs or anything.

It's been filled thanks to some help from Jen. No pain pills while taking the little buggers, which means I might be ready to pass out every so often, but yeah, otherwise I should be fine. After being sick for a week or so that is.

I'm dismayed at your bleak eviance Amy, but fortunately you aren't going to expire anytime soon. I'm glad that you are taking the medication and I feel your pain at the lack of painkillers. I'm beginning to be on your side of this whole cosmic theory my life is a series of mishaps and accidents -.o and I sincerely doubt this will be your last entry.
