For those of you who still read this and didn't know already, I applied to a bunch of grad programs and am slowly hearing back from them. I got into Penn State which is an incredible school/program, especially for what it is that I am going into. I'll start hearing from some other schools pretty quickly and with any luck I will be getting some more

1.- Congrats on NYU!!! That is sooooo exciting. I totally know what you mean when you say it's something you envisioned yourself doing, but getting to that point seemed much harder to do. I know that's how I'll be with nursing school and eventually getting my bachelor's. You have come so far and have sooo much to be proud of. NYU!!!!

2.-I think that no matter what you do in life, you end up playing the what if game. I always play it with what if I had gone away to college? Where as you wonder what it would have been like had you stayed in Tracy. Either way, our lives are the way they are based on the decisions we made in the past and continue to make. As long as you are reaching your goals in life that you want to and you are happy along the way, that's all that matters.

3.- Of course I made it to the end and OF COURSE I really really want to see you. We always say it but we need to do it this time for sure. Let me know the dates and we'll plan something!
