It had been a successful heist, but during the escape some complications had arose and a few wrong turns brought them out of the tunnels into the jungle instead of the way they'd come in. Kir was not a fan of jungles. Humidity plus feathers equaled one irritated albatross. That and they were lost, of course. They were always lost. Kir sometimes considered stapling a map to Jing's forehead to see if that reduced the amount of times they got lost any.

"You just now figurin' that out?" Kir grumbled, tone completely exasperated. "I would've rather tried our luck with the ones who were chasin' us instead."

"Eheheh," Jing laughed, though it was obvious he was just filling the awkward silence otherwise. "Don't be like that. I'm sure we're on the right track, we just need to have a bit of--"

He pushed aside a branch to demonstrate his point, and tadah! There was a convenient, if strange, building where other muses may make cameos to be seen.

Kir opened his beak to do some more well-deserved complaining but he fell silent. He blinked rapidly as the building seemed to materialize out of no where.

"Whoa, where'd that come from?" Kir exclaimed, squinting at it a little. "Weird... I wonder if someone is crazy enough to live out here or if it's abandoned."

"Let's find out!" the thief replied, his usual good cheer restored. Pushing aside the wet fronds of the plants blocking their way, he went up to the door and pushed it open. "Helloooo!"
