I'm really putting in some time to Flickr at the moment, going through the painstaking process of rotating every photo individually. It's trying my patience but hopefully it will be worth it: there are some decent images of my last days in Beijing, including Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City. I've found that lately Flickr is auto sorting my photos and putting them all the right way up. It's very clever and I have no idea why it has suddenly started to do it.
Doesn't help for the older photos I've been uploading though - they're all still squ-iff.

Love your blog...just found it. Am so envious of your experiences. I'm currently in Beijing with work, living in Singapore, and originally from England (I got bored of being in the UK!). I just would love more time to explore this region as opposed to working all the time :)

thanks for reading - i'll take a look at your pictures. flickr works in mysterious ways.

i so recommend malaysia, especially if you're living in sing - just a cheap flight away! such fun.

pps. feel your pain with LJ randomly casting your carefully crafted words into the internet abyss...it's really the worst thing when that happens. i always right click and copy before pressing the button...just in case.
