I think ultimately we are all alone. And the sooner we accept that nobody will be there for us better than ourselves, the less lonely and dejected we will feel. Interesting point but I'm not so sure I agree. I think we set high expectations for human interactions and relationships but nothing ever turns out the way we expect. The reason we're so disappointed is because we create ideals and then nothing lives up to them. Everything savors of anticlimax. Which I suppose goes with your final conclusion on family members ( ... )
