I feel so behind in life. I'm turning 16 this year and still have never had a first kiss or an actual boyfriend. People tell me I'm likeable all the time and that they bet a bunch of guys like me and then I tell them this and they find it a shock. I really want a bf but I don't want to be desperate about it. What should I do?

You shouldn't feel behind! It's so common for people at 16+ to not have to been kissed yet; it'll happen. I promise.
Not having a boyfriend should not decide happiness in your life. Don't let a man define who you are.
If you find a boy suitable enough for the awesomeness that is you, then get with him.
Don't feel down about not having a boyfriend. You're not a social pariah, you're normal.

I think this one guy I like likes me but I'm not concinced. I met him at a show in December and he said he might be able to give me a ride to a show that he didn't even care about and he was gonna go if I went. But that was yesterday and I hadn't heard from him since mid-January and I didn't have a ride so I couldn't go.

i'm really awkward talking to the guy i like probably bc i told him i liked him and he's getting all distant
and idk wat to do :/ i miss talking to him a lot, even if its not ~romantic he was nice to talk to
and that girl i feel like she butted in and ahoghodsihgoiehrgo i can tell she talks to him a lot more than i do and it pisses me off

Seems like the only thing that could cure this awkwardness is distance and time.
