A Brief Snapshot of Hypersomnia

It doesn't matter whether you get 2 hours of sleep, or 12, you always wake up feeling tired & wanting to take a nap. wow, i wonder if i have that hmmm. poor baby, i know how you feel i am always tired as hell too, only i dont have the hungover feeling of sickness. I never really knew they had such a thing. anything they can give you for it to help?

My hypersomnia sprouted from my depression, which is common. That's one reason why I've been taking meds, to try to improve my sleep as well. Often with depression, people get insomnia or hypersomnia. There are other treatments for it though. You can find out more about it here.

I think its the weather and atomsphere of albuquerque, that always makes us feel sick and groggy...

Yeah, you are probably right. Being in a humid environment doesn't really help one in feeling any less bitter or exhausted. I kind of like to think of Albuquerque like that one Ghostbusters movie, where that giant slime is growing underground, making the whole town hateful & grumpy. Maybe our sludge is just the summer heat wave, *haha*.
