I kinda get why it bothers you. I don't know if I would cut-tag it, unless it's long in which case I usually do anyway. But most people suggested a short summary and that I think will help with the "less excluded" feeling, right? :)
I don't mean to post a whole translation, cause that would make writing in Hebrew redundant (my Hebrew-readers can read English as well), but I will try to sum up in a short sentence, at least.
Nah, I can understand a little if it's spoken and I think I could recognize a few words if they were written in English. I used to be able to recognize Yehuda's name written in Hebrew but I'm not sure I could do that anymore. :/
I read lots of Israeli blogs, and I understand that they're going to post in Hebrew. It is, after all, their native language. But I confess that when I'm looking to cut my friends list, the ones who tend to post in Hebrew generally get cut first. (You probably wouldn't miss me anyway.)
Sometimes, when a person posts in Hebrew, but there's links, I'll follow the link. Usually that's in Hebrew, too, of course.
I also don't expect your grammar in English to be perfect, either, by the way. In fact, I often allow quite a bit of leeway. I won't say it doesn't bother me, but it doesn't upset me as much as bad grammar amongst native English speakers would. (Yours is actually pretty good, don't worry.)
Blogging is a personal thing. Do what makes you happiest. If you're blogging for your audience, and they are English speakers, then translating is probably a good idea. But if you're blogging for yourself, do what comes naturally. Some concepts do not cross languages well. Better to go with what works than make it work.
You raised an interesting issue - do I post for an audience of for myself. I've asked myself that, and it turns out - I do post for an audience ;) I want my friends to read it, and comments are important to me, and I rarely write the personal stuff I used to when I just started this lj. Plus, most of the things I write in Hebrew are things that don't apply to people who are not in Israel. I sort of feel it doesn't apply to them anyway, so why waste their time. Now I find out they would rather know

Hmm, none of the poll answers fit my response. When I see a post in Hebrew, I wonder what you're saying - what if it's Important, you know? I mean, I'm fine with it but I'm also nosy. It would be nice if it was in English, but that seems awfully pushy to say 'I want multilingual posts, please.' (But I do. ;) )

Re: is it important - it usually isn't. Except for a few feminist rantings I've had lately and was too much to struggle with the English for, it's been mostly little things that are only relevant if you're in Israel.
But as to multilingual posts - seems that most of you guys prefer them so I'll do at least a short summary from now on.
