Overall: General increases in size. Not as much as I'd like to see, but a visible change. And I can see muscle definition that wasn't there before. Hopefully the overall trend will pick up as I up my calorie intake and with the aid of the creatine. Since the first six weeks were done at or below maintenance level caloric intake, I'm really impressed to see increases in size during this time. It also leads me to believe that most of it has to be muscle.
Now, what about the workout numbers?
Leg Press: 175kg on the Lumbar Press, 230kg on the Power Press, 125kg one-legged on the Power Press. Okay, I've maxed the machines. I guess I'll just be focusing on one-legged workouts and increasing my Squat.
Squat: 70kg/150kg Yeah, I'm putting this way up there. Mostly because I know my legs can do it. I'm just worried about overdoing it on my back. So 10kg a week increases unless it's super easy.
Bicep Curl: 15kg/25kg Very hard to do, but I can get two sets of 5 out or so. Still working on it.
Preacher Curl: 40kg/50kg Hard, but working on it. I'll work up to two sets of 8 at this level and move on to 45kg.
Chest Press: 45kg/75kg Making progress, but I really hope the creatine kicks in on this one.
Lat pull-down: 60kg/120kg Slowly making progress, but hard to not do pull ups on this machine. I really need someone to give me a hand.
Okay, that's it for now. More later.
