I've just recieved a text message from stir-of-echoes. She apologised for being unreachable but she has been in hospital for the past five weeks and didn't feeling up to talking about it

I actually put a card in the post this afternoon to see if I could get hold of her that way (Lost her phone # a while ago) so typically she turns up as soon as I do. *g*
Ah well, everyone likes to get mail that isn't bills, right?

They do! And we don't do it nearly enough these days. Generally anyway; I know you do.

It's made me realise how much I rely on the internet for access to people. I haven't kept an address book in years and this might sound odd but I don't always know people's surname.
