Hmmmm ... yummy sushi with Annie and Maggie last night. I had miso soup; a maki roll with vegetables, salmon, eel, cream cheese (of course! I love it, even if it sushi snobs look down on its addition); a tempura lotus-root chicken concoction that looked like mini empanadas; and for dessert, red bean mochi. Yum! I'm still full
