Well, I can tell you that it means Till U Bleed. And there does need to be some common theme because you would say "Romeo & Juliet Till U Bleed." I don't think 4 Harry Potter's is quite enough to be a TUB, though the last movie almost made me bleed all on its own...

it is a back-ro-nym for "till you bleed"

Corrie kept the dvds/vhs tapes in a plastic tub.

The origin of the term TUB:

In 1996 (wow), Season 3 of Babylon 5 was aired. In preparation for the upcoming season, slarti decided to host a B5 marathon to bring the rest of us up to speed and introduce new views to the show. Due to the fact that we only had a couple of nights to catch up on 2 seasons of B5, it was declared that we would watch Babylon 5 "until our eyes bled!". This was further shortened to "until you bleed", which eventually became "Til U Bleed" or "TUB". TUB was fun to say, and was meaningless unless you knew the joke, so, being a bunch of geeks, it was adopted into the SFS Lexicon ( ... )

There was also a backronym aspect to it in that Slart was carrying around all the VHS tapes for B5 in these big rubbermaid tubs. Somehow the combination of "Till U Bleed" and the "tub" of tapes made the term stick in use better. We'd see him walk by with a big crate and ask "Is that tonight's TUB?"
