So. Been looking into the case of the mystery attackers, as per Boss's orders. So far, we don't have much of clues, but here's what we've found.
* Confirmed targets so far: Hibari Kyouya and Suzuki Adelheid
* Hibari Kyouya was attacked on June 10th. He was attacked from behind by an unknown assailant, with an unknown weapon, in the largest training hall in Hibari's training facility. Weapon pierced his chest with a sizable blade, narrowly missing his spine and causing multiple internal injuries and severe blood loss. Only people present during the attack were his student, Suzuki Adelheid, and his fiancé, Don Cavallone Decimo. Neither reports seeing anyone.
* Suzuki Adelheid was attacked on June 20th. She was attacked from behind by an unknown assailant, with an unknown weapon, in one of the smaller halls in Hibari's training facility. Weapon hit her lower back and caused internal injuries and severe blood loss; blade appears smaller than the one used before, but is either dual in form or was used twice. Only person present during the attack was her lover, Katou Julie. He doesn't report seeing anyone.
* Hibari Kyouya regained consciousness on June 21st. He has not yet been questioned more thoroughly due to his condition, and is to remain in hospital for the time being.
* Suzuki Adelheid regained consciousness on June 24th. She has not yet been questioned more thoroughly due to his condition, and is to remain in hospital for the time being.
* Due to certain accusations, the training facility was checked for any traces of Mist use or illusions by Mammon and Fran of the Varia on the 20th. No sign of such usage by anyone but the victim himself was found in the large training hall. The site of the second attack was checked immediately after the fact; no signs of Mist or illusions being used were found. Anyone willing to question our impartiality in the investigation can direct their complaints to our Boss, or indeed try to find a Mist expert with no bias whatsoever where accusations towards Mist users are concerned. Yeah, I thought not.
* While the weapon was different, the general method of attack, lack of any traces of the assailant, related locations, and the presence of Suzuki Adelheid point towards both attacks being the work of the same culprit. Said culprit can be assumed to be a dirty coward.
* At the time of Suzuki Adelheid's attack, university grounds were under constant surveillance by Cavallone men. This, along with apparent familiarity with the training facility, suggest the culprit to be someone associated with the university.
* Victims are regarded as the strongest fighters of the Vongola and Shimon families, being their Cloud and Glacier guardians, respectively. Other similarities include their appearance and style of fighting. Suzuki Adelheid does have boobs, though. One also assumes there are other differences related to sex and gender, not that I care to check.
* Lack of traces suggests a ghost or other form of haunting at the training facility. Everyone is advised to avoid the place on the 30th. This goes double to anyone pale with black hair, long legs, and dual-wielded close range weapons. At least, don't go there with your boyfriend. Please. This is annoying enough as it is.
* Oh, and seems like that freak Genkishi was hurt somehow too. Doubt anyone cares, though.
