I'm very sorry for your loss... I've never lost anyone close to me but your words were so poigant and emotive that they really made me think.
'And so the world-heart beats on, on, on. Water does not cease to run through its river-veins, the earth-skin breathes in, out, in. Days spin by and some things (but not everything) are lost in the pain-haze of the then and the now.' - Truly beautiful and inspiring. Thank you.
Thank you so much, I'm so proud that you thought it was poignant - what a lovely compliment :) I'm really happy you quoted that paragraph back to me, because that was one i stressed over..and over, and over but I was so happy with how it turned out. Thank you for saying you're sorry. *pets you*
Thank you for your lovely review. It means so much to me that you thought it was real, as you have been through something like this before. I tried very hard to remember exactly how i was feeling, but it was tough because so much was a blur. I'm sorry you have lost people too. I hope you are okay.
I'm very sorry for the loss which inspired your piece, but it is a worthy piece of art to honor your friend.
This is as true to the feelings of a deep and painful loss as I've ever read, and lovely wordcraft to boot. Beautiful imagery -- sorry that I can't pick out a specific bit, but there were numerous poetic passages. Thanks for writing this, and I am glad that it helped you. The ones we love never truly leave us, as long as we keep them in our hearts for all of our lives.

Wow. Thank you so much. That's just really really such a wonderful compliment. I'm so proud that you think it's beautiful and that you think it's worthy of my friend. I hope it is :)
I'm so flattered that you think it's poetic - one of my high school English teachers told me once that I had no poetry in my soul so there you have it.
Thank you so much for telling me what you thought *hugs you until you get awkward*
This is such a beautiful piece! The emotions and imagery that you've captured in such a few amount of words is endless. It's real, which is so hard to come across in fanfiction. Loss is never easy and I like how you mention, in not so many words, that the world keeps spinning, regardless.
You've reached the heart of things in this, the things that keep us moving. One of my favorite parts is And Harry groans and pulls her closer and mumbles something into her hair; something that might be I love you but all that matters to Ginny is the solid press of him against her and the feel of his arms around her and she sighs and thinks that might be enough for her to get to sleep tonight. I actually have quite a few favorite parts, but this quote - it just hits that point of what's really important isn't the obvious
