Of course. I can tell you a few things now in fact. Naruto has recently developed his father's jutsu, Rasengan, to a level Yondaime couldn't and he did it within a very short period of time. One of his strongest techniques is Kage Bunshin no Jutsu which he can use extensively without any loss of chakra. His progress within the past few years has been incredible, especially while training under Jiraiya-sama.
