I think Biden did an amazing job tonight. Overall a better debate than we saw from the presidential candidates last week. Palin "exceeded expectations", which is to say she didn't short circuit like she did in the Katie Couric interviews. But she still refused to answer several of the questions put to her, and frankly I almost put my fist through

Yeah I've thought the "they resent our freedom line" was lame since they trotted it out for 9/11.

What did you think of the debates in general?

i hated this debate. the moderator let the two walk all over her questions, or just not answer them. gwen ifill would ask a question, and usually politicians would artfully sidestep or dodge the questions they're not prepared for, but in this case, it's almost as if palin went, ok, you asked me a question, i'll ask me a question and answer it. but her answers were cliche's! it was a frustrating 2 hours.

It was obvious Palin didn't care what question she was being asked, but I didn't think Biden ignored the questions, really. At least at the beginning when Gwen wasn't happy with the answer she called them out on it.
