Reviews of the Sugared scents by Mara Fox:

Sugared Honeysuckle
In vial: a slightly soapy floral scent with a hint of sugar.
On skin: soft honeysuckle drizzled in sugary nectar. It is a little soapy but it’s not bad, this honeysuckle scent is very pretty indeed. The sugar in here is gentler, less caramelised or treacle like than other sugared scents, ( Read more... )

Oh bugger. I'm expecting a sample lot from LP this week and Sugared Honeysuckle is one of them. I've been on the lookout for a real honeysuckle scent which is to me sugary watery sweet very light honey and not too floral. One came close the other week but now I can't remember which etailer it was...will have to go through my reviews. Have you found one?

You never know, the LP Sugared Honeysuckle might work on you! The only scent that was predominantly honeysuckley on me so far is BPAL Anathema, but then the opium and vetiver take over on drydown. I'll let you know if I find anything!

Semi-excited moment! My samples arrived today, and Sugared Honeysuckle, though not what I was hoping - it's a bit too spicy and I agree with you, a bit soapy - it sort of works on me. But with the Sugared Pure, it almost fully works! The Sugared Pure adds that watery sugar note...still not my honeysuckle memory, but good and the sillage is surprisingly pretty! :)
