I had been bugging my boss for three weeks about getting Valentine flowers ordered. He kept saying no, we aren't celebrating this year, no flowers. I know he tends to change his mind, so I kept asking. YESTERDAY MORNING, he calls and needs flowers from his favorite shop, which is a high end place in St Louis Park (they are busy every day of the year - triple that on feb 14th). I felt so bad placing the order - you could hear how crazy busy they were in the shop, even talking about running out of flowers, and they had to try and fit his delivery in. I don't blame you for not missing it today.

That sucks! Anyone who calls a flower shop on Valentines day to place an order (especially a delivery!!) is either totally clueless and/or horrible. It would be hard not to just laugh at people calling in orders, or people who would call on Valentine's day to make an order for some other day, like a birthday, and think Vday was as good a day as any to call us up. Ahhhhh people.
