I'm so depressed. I actually managed to kill my rosemary. If you know anything about plants, you know that rosemary pretty much refuses to die and that makes me BAD PLANT MOM

oh stop. :) everyone kills plants. the only way you know you're good is if you kill the least. plus, this opens up the chance to buy a whole manicured rosemary shrub which i saw at the farmer's market last year. they were so beautiful but my rosemary was still alive so i wasn't allowed to buy one. i think it's time to start plants from seed. don't you want to? i was lazy last year and bought everything as seedlings from the farmer's market but this year i'm going to at least try starting some tomatoes and chard and eggplant and maybe peas? the window in trevor's office is perfect. do you have any south facing windows at pine bluff?
Hmm! i think you are right. The window at PBO is actually pretty good for starting seeds because of the broad windowsill. it is west facing, but gets good light.
I've been meaning to respond to this for a while, i'm conflicted! i feel like seeds are quantity, not quality. I had so many seeds and seedlings, but then the plants were never as cool and strong as the ones i bought at the farmers market, and plus i had too many plants and therefore i was supposed to thin them but i couldn't easily tear up a planty i had grown from seed and just chuck it now, could i?
Also, they dry out SO fast because they are in such little containers. except than i had the pots that you can plant and those pots got moldy!
i could never find heirloom tomato seeds at jungs, i kept trying and they were always sold out and that's what i really want.
