Facebook is a hotbed of wanting to correct your friends' friends' grammar.

Resist! Otherwise it is a never-ending slog through horrendous usage and poor spelling.

You should be using FB for its intended purpose: stalking ex-crushes.

I was recently de-friended for making a joke about someone's friends not using punctuation. I thought it was funny, and kind of a newschool kind of "your mother" joke ("Your Facebook friends are so dumb, they...") , but the dude apparently saw it as my viciously attacking his precious bad grammary friends.

Bah. The whole "friend/de-friend" thing is so over-played as an approval/disapproval device. I mean, really, people. I'm not your "friend" because I am panting after your praise!

This de-friending only proves that you were right to point out the missing punctuation in the first place.
