I've never thought about naming my instrument, so not sure where to start. Maybe continue with the H2G2 references? Frood the Guitar? Fretted Froody Fiord (Triple F for short?).

I have to admit I've always wanted to name something after Slartibartfast.

Or Spanish, as I think the guitar originated in Spain. Consuela the guitar? Or Juan?

And could I please have one of:

a)Something with Slartibartfast
b)Anything with Susan, Death, the Librarian, or Lu-Tze. Major points if you manage to fit them all in!

with the choice being entirely up to you!
