I was excited for university, too! It's one of my favourite EPs, plus it's a milestone in Basilio growing up.

LOL, the naked guy! XD He's a campus streaker. The practice was archaic enough when TS2 came out; I don't suppose EAxis has carried it forward. Baz had already started proposing when the streaker suddenly ran up. I didn't know what would happen if I stopped the action (bad memory or rejection), so I just played through. I tried my best to angle the streaker out of the shot, but no luck. :P
No, the NPCs don't age up automatically. One EP gives the option of aging up friends in a peer group on a Sim's birthday. Otherwise, NPCs are immortal. I don't usually age up Sims unless they're in a romantic relationship. I prefer to 'save them till later', because they could be a great friend or match for another Sim.

Oh my gosh, I giggled so much at the streaker! It's just like this game to troll what's supposed to be an important moment in your Sim's life!
That long-distance wave interaction is cute! It does seem to be rare, though. I've seen it only twice in my game, that I can easily recall.
Such burglary drama! Jasmyn's reactions were fun, and I love that Baz slept through the whole thing. XD

That pesky streaker! :P I never saw him coming. I couldn't believe it when he ran into the frame! You're right, the game did that deliberately. ;)
