lol ~A "Rocked our world" award will be given when there are 12 entries or more to the icon that just rocks my socks & blows me away! ;)
It doesn't go by what U are saying-It is one icon only and the icon I pick-has nothing to do with placement. It's only one reward for the icon that really rock my socks!!! geez, I going to have to come beat U with a wet noodle!~ :P

and 2nd wins second and the rock our world...
wouldn't 1st get it too...becuase 1st would have had more votes than 2nd did to get 1st place?
or it is that 1st can't ever get 1st place AND the award together beause they already got first?
