Ok, my small rant. When Courtney was here, we were all sitting down watching a movie. It happened to be 'Raise Your Voice' with Hillary Duff. Her step-monster called and was chatting with her, she mentioned that Courtney's dad, my brother, would be working at the bar that the monster works at on New Year's Eve. He had the night off from his normal job. Courtney conversationally asked if he was working for free, she was more interested in the movie. They talked for another minute then said goodbyes and hung up. A minute later her dad calls back and goes off on Courtney. Evidently the monster claims that Courtney had an attitude with her and got snippy with her on the phone. Courtney hangs up and is in tears. I'm pissed. I asked for her dad's number, call him back, and go to my bathroom, the furthest room away from everyone, and shut the door. I proceed to rip my brother a new one on the phone. I made him feel like shit. Courtney had nothing but positive things to say after she got off the phone with the monster, stating that her dad was working for free as a bouncer at the bar because he worries about her. Pfft, and the bitch treats her like this? He calls back a short time later, talks to Courtney, then puts the monster on the phone, she talks, then he gets back on, and they hang up shortly after he tells Courtney to fix it with his sister (LOL). Courtney tells me that he apologized and that Robin (the monster bitch from step-mother slut hell) stated she thought Courtney was thinking something else. Stupid. She was just trying to start shit between Courtney and her dad. It was bullshit. Then my brother calls me, I told him Courtney explained everything to me and it was all good, made her look good. So I'm furious. This slut, who has five kids by five men (no shit, I'm not kidding), and who works at a bar in another town rather than get a higher paying job at the local grocery store that was hiring (slut), is on my shit list. :) When she came to pick up the kids, I was at work. She didn't know that evidently, because she didn't bother coming into the house, rofl!!! I can't wait for our next family gathering *grin*
