It's a shame that the unusual rain isn't falling on the right places, grrr. Supposed to get some here today, but it petered out.

The dams need to have big signs saying "HEY CLOUDS WE'RE OVER HERE." Or maybe the clouds could be caught in butterfly nets and shoved into the dams - much quicker then waiting for them to move.
