*cracks into your head and steals your memories from today* What a wonderful day I just had.

Haha - the Chaser guys' comments are all so funny! And those are beautiful quotes, especially Morris Gleitzman's first one.

I saw that DVD when I was shopping today! But I couldn't buy it because I didn't have enough money with me... it looks so good - 150 minutes in total of pure Lano and Woodley. I'd buy it just to see them in 1992, when they were 24-ish and it would have been acceptable for a 16-year-old to be in love with them.

Anyway, sounds like you had a fantastic day! What's in The Chaser Annual?

PS. I love my icon.
PPS. I love yours too but I think I've said that before.

Wha-?? Where did my day just go??

The Chaser's comments are all so self depricating! It's great!

I didn't have enough money either, but I borrowed some from Mum. You really have to get it- you can borrow it from me if you want, but you have to get it for yourself! And I didn't know that Lano and Woodley used to be a trio, until I got that DVD :S

Haha...who cares how old they are? I just always go "but Mum got married when she was 19 and my parents were 12 years apart" to myself. That's my reasoning for being in love with them :)

It's just a whole bunch of 'newspaper articles'...both fake and satirical. Some of my favourite headings are "Bin Laden releases video just in time for tropfest" and "Women swallows medicine ball- just gets sicker" and so many others. Hence the autograph by Chas :P I';ve only read a bit, but it's funny.

PS: I believe that's Citizen Kane.
PPS: I believe you have.

Hahaha! I'm sorry, I can't take your day. *hands back memory*

Does it have much on the trio stuff in the DVD? I'd really like to know who the other guy was.

Ah, true! Maybe there's hope for me and Frank after all... it's only 22 years difference. *shrugs*

PS. Yes it is. A Whose Line Is It Anyway? quote - interesting thing for them to talk about on that show, but it works.
PPS. Ah well, one more time can't hurt. I love that icon too, but as great as those two are together, I'll always be pro-Admish.

I'm from The Glass House community and I just wanted to read about the Chaser thingy, but then I felt I needed to comment to.

So, my comment is this:

I wonder whether there was some significance of Lano and Woodley doing their last show on Rememberence Day? Or whether it was a coincidence?

That's cool!

Hmm, I thought of this too- it is quite coincidental! Especially as we say:

They shall not grow old, as we that are left grow old
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condem
At the going down of the sun, and in the morning
We will remember them.
Lest We Forget.

Subliminal messages!! :P But it's true, we can never forget the genuis that is Lano and Woodley.

Yeah, but the one for school groups was on Friday. Mum really wanted me to go, and hey, she paid for it :P It was quite interesting, the sessions I went to were anyway. Maybe it's just what you pick. I enjoyed myself. :)

I know...it's quite sad. I watched it again just before, and I almost started to cry. I'm so lame!

I find it funny that the Ext English 2 teachers were like "GO TO THE LITERATURE FESTIVAL GO GO GO MAN GO FRIDAY FRIDAY GO OR DIE" and then on Thursday they put a notice up saying "Ext 2 English meeting on Friday! Be there or be square"... which one? WHICH ONE? *does Woodley scream*

Interesting fact: out of the 29 comments you have now, I'm responsible for 45% of them. I should really learn to shut up.

'Bump' makes me think of Kath and Kim - Lady Bump. Frank was on Kath and Kim once, but I didn't see the episode!
