For all those times I just can't take it anymore.
Not aimed at specific people, and really, not even intended for people to read. I just have to get it off my chest and then I can get back to enjoying fic.
Nota bene:

- Plurals don't require an apostrophe, really.
- Hypenated words take the plural on the first word: mothers-in-law, passers-by, etc.
- New speaker=new paragraph
- Pick one tense and stick to it. Please.
- Order matters. Watch where you put your clauses.
- If the sentence continues, replace final periods in quotes with commas. If it doesn't, don't.
- A sentence has to, at minimum, have a subject and a conjugated verb, and be able to stand alone out of context. Using incomplete sentences for effect every once in a while is great, using them willy-nilly is wrong.
- As is true in most things, if you know the rules and break them for a reason, it's art; if you break them just because you don't care or know what you're doing, you're wrong.
Okay. I think I feel better. For now.
