I used to think that i had a purpose in life, and i thought i knew what it was. but that all got turned inside out, and im back again to uncertainty. Perhaps one day i will know my true purpose.

Im from the Opeth community, by the way.. feel free to check out my journal. My older entries have more inrospection, but some of my more recent ones do. but i dont update as much as i should.

You cannot be a good Jew following your way. A good Jew is a Jew who follows the Torah. Learn Torah to learn HOW to be a good Jew. Helping others is OK. But helping yourself is also necessary. By the way, I found this out at 47, so I guess you can afford to be patient with yourself. :-)

Hi, I'm sorry but you don't know the whole story.
Since this entry I actually have become an observant Jew. I even go to a seminary now, too.
